White Whale offers experienced programme/project management using a 'no-nonsense' and delivery focused approach to a broad spectrum of businesses. Mike Leary leads the Company, now in its tenth year, with a particular emphasis on managing I.T. projects that are struggling to achieve planned timescales and/or running over-budget. White Whale also offers project management consultancy to help companies review and rationalise their I.T. departments, programmes and projects.

Our services fall into two categories.  Firstly we help companies manage their IT projects whether that be working with them in the planning and implementation of new projects or helping them turnaround failing ones.

Secondly we provide I.T. project management consultancy in the form of advice and guidance either from reviewing departments, programmes and projects leading to recommendations for management action relating to plans, team structures and organisation or by working with our customers' project managers to assist with planning and team building activities. We can usually identify cost savings whilst maintaining a focus on key deliveries and without compromising quality. Our services are based on a long experience of delivering successful projects and in providing practical advice to many businesses and organisations both in the U.K and overseas. We create a 'can do' atmosphere, are strong in staff mentoring and team motivational skills, as well as having a practical 'hands-on' approach to problem solving.
